Refunds and Exchanges

Only items purchased on the website can be returned to the website for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, goods must be:

1. Goods upon arrival are damaged or defective +
2. Unopened and in its original saleable condition +
3. Contact us via email within 3 days after receiving the goods(no more than 7 days if over weekend)+
4. Provide name/contact details/order number/reasons/photos for the claim.

Please retain your postal receipt from the provider until you are certain we have safely received your parcel. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

We will do our best to process the refunds/exchange within 5 business days of receipt.

Unfortunately we would not be able to provide refunds or exchanges simply you have changed your mind.
